3. Wall Printing Specifics:

Personally identifiable information is secured on controlled and protected servers, using encryption protocols during transmission.
5. Children Under Eighteen (18) Years of Age:
Our UV wall printing services are not intended for use by children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

Terms & Conditions
LumiArt LTD UV Wall Printing Terms and Conditions:
1. Acceptance of Terms: By engaging in business with LumiArt Ltd, the client agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions.
1a. Scope of Services: The scope of UV wall printing services is outlined in the project specifications. Any changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
1b. Project Approval: The client is responsible for reviewing and approving the final project before printing begins. LumiArt Ltd is not liable for errors or dissatisfaction after client approval regarding the project.
2. Payments: Payment terms, amounts, and schedules will be clearly outlined in the invoice provided by LumiArt Ltd. A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking, and the remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the project.
3. Delivery and Installation: The price includes:

Transport up to a 15-mile radius (CH5 2RF).

Installation and breakdown of machinery.

Cleaning up after the printing process.
The price does not include:

Transport beyond 15 miles from (CH5 2RF) at a rate of £0.60 per mile, which will be added.

Moving furniture or socket removal if necessary.
3a. Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide unobstructed access to the designated wall for the printing process.

The wall must be fully prepared and dried if previously washed for printing.

Ensure at least 1.5 meters of clearance along the wall for the printer.

Provide access to an electrical socket for the sole purpose of powering the printer.
4. Usage Rights: LumiArt Ltd retains the right to use images or short films of the completed work for promotional purposes, If the customer does not agree to recording for promotional purposes or taking photos for promotional purposes, an additional fee of 15% of the total amount will be charged.
5. Cancellation and Refunds: If the client cancels the project, they agree to compensate LumiArt LTD for work completed up to the cancellation date, including photo processing or third-party fees.

A full refund is possible if the client cancels the order at least 2 weeks before the scheduled date, and no work has been done in regard to photo processing.

Refunds will not be granted once printing has commenced.
6. Liability: LumiArt Ltd is not responsible for any service interruptions due to power loss at the client's property.

LumiArt Ltd is not liable for errors in print arising from ground shakes caused by external factors.

LumiArt Ltd is not responsible for damages caused by misuse or environmental factors after printing completion.
7. Project Timeline: An estimated timeline for project completion will be provided. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances may be subject to adjustment, and penalties for delays will be outlined.
8. Maintenance and Care Instructions: Clients will be provided with guidelines on caring for the printed wall to ensure longevity. Recommendations for cleaning methods or restrictions on certain cleaning agents will be mentioned.
9. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of both parties, such as natural disasters, a force majeure clause will be invoked, and its effects on the contract will be addressed.
10. Confidentiality: All project-related information and proprietary methods or technologies used by LumiArt Ltd will be kept confidential.
11. Governing Law: This contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through LumiArt Ltd before resorting to legal action.
13. Termination Clause: The conditions under which either party may terminate the contract and the associated consequences will be specified.
14. Indemnification: Both parties agree to indemnify and hold each other harmless from any legal claims or liabilities arising from the project.
15. Communication Protocols: Clear communication channels and protocols for project-related discussions, changes, or approvals will be established.
